- Took the lead on planning and implementing an event-operations job queue that coordinates mass guest emails, attachment generation, badge exports and imports through a shared, cancelable pipeline with realtime progress, so organizers can run heavy workloads without blocking the app.
- Optimized guest management for large events by refactoring registration queries, adding targeted indexes, and parallelizing frontend fetches, cutting guest-list load times from ~23 seconds to under 250ms.
- Designed and shipped a full license and usage-budget system for the platform, allowing customers and project managers to track video, streaming and email usage in a more transparent way.
- Leveraged AI tools to rebuild the internal legacy admin panel with Next.js and extended it with an operations dashboard for viewing platform and infrastructure stats in real time.

- Improved job portal performance by implementing a CQRS-style read model, reducing page load times from ~7 seconds to under 1 second.
- Developed a production time-tracking PWA with Azure AD SSO, Personio HR synchronization and offline-resilient data synchronization via a SQLite outbox.
- Acquired technical ownership of the Stuzubi B2B platform and job portal, which are accessed by over 1,000 customers in the EU and over 60,000 German students per year, respectively.
